1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the t1bet website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and t1bet (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed online gaming platform operating under the regulatory framework established for internet-based gambling services in the Republic of the Philippines. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.

t1bet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notice on the Platform or via email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register for a t1bet account, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
• Be a resident of the Philippines with a valid Philippine address
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, and valid email address
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law
• Not be self-excluded from gambling activities or prohibited from using gaming services under any court order or regulatory directive
• Use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not for professional or commercial gambling activities

2.2 Account Limitations

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with t1bet. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or allowing others to use your account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and voiding of all pending bets. t1bet employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts through various means including but not limited to IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, payment method analysis, and behavioral pattern recognition.

2.3 Verification Procedures

t1bet is required by law to verify the identity of all users to prevent underage gambling, money laundering, fraud, and other illegal activities. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification documents such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card, as well as proof of address documents such as utility bills or bank statements dated within the past three (3) months. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until compliance is achieved.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions or two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify t1bet of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. t1bet shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification.

3.2 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

3.3 Account Activity Monitoring

t1bet reserves the right to monitor all account activity for compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and responsible gaming policies. We employ automated systems and manual reviews to detect suspicious patterns, fraudulent behavior, bonus abuse, money laundering, and other prohibited activities. You acknowledge that your account may be subject to investigation at any time, and you agree to cooperate fully with such investigations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

t1bet accepts deposits through various payment methods specifically tailored for Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and other approved electronic payment systems. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You warrant that all funds deposited into your t1bet account are derived from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds of criminal activity.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed according to t1bet's standard procedures, typically within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours for verified accounts using approved payment methods. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds require identity verification and may take longer to process. You may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in your own name. t1bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) through before withdrawal requests will be processed. This requirement exists to prevent t1bet from being used as a money transfer service and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Bonus funds carry specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom.

4.4 Fees and Processing Times

t1bet does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose charges beyond our control. Expedited withdrawal processing may be available for VIP members or for an additional fee. Processing times vary by payment method: e-wallets typically process within 24 hours, bank transfers within 1-3 business days. Delays may occur due to payment provider processing, banking holidays, or additional verification requirements.

5. Betting Rules and Game Terms

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the t1bet Platform are subject to the specific rules of each game type, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, slots, sports betting, Hi-Lo, All-Star Fishing, and bingo. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface and must be reviewed before placing bets. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or revoked except in cases of obvious technical error as determined by t1bet in its sole discretion.

5.2 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

t1bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason. Bets are only valid when confirmed by the Platform and reflected in your account transaction history. In the event of a dispute regarding whether a bet was placed or its terms, t1bet's transaction logs shall be conclusive evidence. All bets are settled in accordance with the official results as determined by the relevant game p rovider or governing body.

5.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of technical malfunctions, errors in game software, incorrect odds display, communication failures, or other system errors, t1bet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes situations where games malfunction during play, disconnections occur during live dealer sessions, or obvious errors in odds or results are displayed. Affected players will be notified via email and account message, and stakes will be returned to player accounts.

5.4 Maximum Payouts and Limits

t1bet imposes maximum payout limits on certain bet types and games as specified in the applicable game rules. These limits are in place to manage risk and ensure platform sustainability. VIP players may be eligible for higher limits. t1bet reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual accounts based on gameplay patterns, account history, and risk assessment factors.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by t1bet are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly stated in the relevant promotion page or communication. These include but are not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, time limits, game restrictions, maximum bet sizes, and withdrawal conditions. Failure to comply with bonus terms will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

t1bet strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profits, using software or systems to manipulate bonus wagering, or any other activity that gives unfair advantage or violates the spirit of the promotion. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, all bonuses and winnings voided, and funds may be forfeited.

6.3 Promotional Changes and Cancellations

t1bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, players who have already opted into the promotion will be notified and existing bonus balances will be handled in accordance with the promotion's terms or refunded as appropriate. t1bet may exclude certain players from promotions based on jurisdiction, account history, or other factors at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, creating multiple accounts, or engaging in any form of deception or misrepresentation
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or disguise proceeds from illegal activities or to facilitate criminal financial transactions
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, sharing account information, or manipulating game outcomes through any means
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform
• Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage or profit
• Illegal Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, t1bet systems, or confidential information through hacking, phishing, or other means
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds differences or using coordinated betting across multiple platforms to guarantee profits without risk
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing t1bet staff, other players, or live dealers through any communication channel

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the t1bet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, game interfaces, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of t1bet or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The t1bet trademark, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of t1bet or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of t1bet. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content except as incidental to normal browser caching or as necessary to access the Platform for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t1bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (v) any technical issues, malfunctions, or interruptions in service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In no event shall t1bet's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 5,000), whichever is less.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that t1bet is not responsible for losses incurred through legitimate gameplay. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your financial means.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by t1bet

t1bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (i) violation of these Terms; (ii) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (iii) prolonged account inactivity; (iv) failure to provide requested verification documents; (v) requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities; or (vi) circumstances where continued service would pose legal, reputational, or financial risk to t1bet.

10.2 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within thirty (30) days. After this period, accounts with remaining balances may be subject to maintenance fees or administrative charges. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; you must register a new account if you wish to use the Platform again, subject to these Terms and t1bet's acceptance.

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You will lose access to your account and any content, data, or information associated with it. t1bet may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Any outstanding balances in accounts closed for Terms violations may be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the Platform or our services, you must first contact our customer support team through live chat, email, or phone. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within seven (7) business days. You agree to provide all information reasonably requested by t1bet to investigate and resolve your complaint, including but not limited to account details, transaction records, screenshots, and detailed descriptions of the issue.

11.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If disputes cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to participate in good faith in mediation or arbitration proceedings before pursuing litigation. The costs of mediation or arbitration shall be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise determined by the mediator or arbitrator. This provision does not limit t1bet's right to seek injunctive relief in court for violations involving intellectual property, fraud, or threats to platform security.

12. Changes to Terms

t1bet reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes may be made to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, to reflect changes in our business practices, to improve clarity, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending notice to your registered email address or displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms at least once per month or whenever you receive notice of changes.

Changes to these Terms will take effect immediately upon posting for new users and seven (7) days after posting for existing users unless a different effective date is specified. In cases where changes are required by law or regulation, they may take effect immediately for all users without the standard notice period.
